Trending @Accenture; Criteria for Associate to Analyst promotion
I have completed my TechLeap program and am currently part of a project. Do I need to ask for a promotion proactively, or is there a defined set of criteria? Will promotions be granted by default, or do we need to initiate the discussion?
There are no default promotion so do ask for it have 1:1 with your pl every fortnight and share your work get good feedback and continuously push for it

Actually, My scrum master is my PL and we as a team connect on a daily basis and whenever it's needed so he is very well aware about my contribution. Just wanted to know what's the possibility for me to get promotion on the June cycle? Do I need to ask him? And on the client side myself and all others up to L10 are in the same designation. How will that vacancy on Analyst be defined ?
