Crippling Trust Issues : Why cant I connect with fellow humans?
I have lost all the trust and dont even trust my shadow anymore.
But then, Human relationships thrive on trust. Its forms the fulcrum of every bond.
This puts me in a difficult situation where I cant offer trust but seek a deeper and lost lasting connection
I just feel that people leave me. Most of them did, When I hit my low.
But as they say, The comeback has to be stronger than the setback. I am moving towards bigger things in life and am still haunted by this fear of not being able to connect.

My family is into unsecured Money lending business for SME and their employees. We just work on trust and pure judgement. Although I have deep trust issues when it comes to relatives and friends. But need to have trust while doing business. I feel you.. 🫠🫥
Thinking from a different angle. Have you ever thought maybe it has got something to do with you because of which people leaves you?
Trust is formed both ways. You think you don't trust people, maybe people in your life also thinks they don't trust you.
A general perspective is people assume(for their actions, bad behaviour) that others will have some understanding for them. It may not be completely true.
Already many have pointed out that expectations are the real issue here. World is not designed around your expectations.
Give 200% or not give, entirely your choice. But, you're not entitled to anything in return. Set expectations to zero.
Do you pay before getting an order or do you COD everything and check before giving the money? If it's former, I feel that you have enough capacity to trust still.
You're afraid of getting hurt... that's understandable, but lower your expectations a bit. You don't need to form a 100% trust bond right from the get go. That kind of trust takes years to build. Start with 10% trust, build it over time.
