Cribbing about Hikes and Deductions

I'm seeing an exponential rise in posts about bad hikes and deductions including labor laws, ethics, protest, revenge and what not. Take it from a fairly experienced professional - nothing's going to change for the current year. The way great resignation happened when companies offered an exorbitant hike while switching, things are bound to normalise over time. And for that matter other companies will soon follow suit.

So if you're really heartbroken about it, and believe you've been unfairly treated - do start upskilling, making connections over LinkedIn, search for jobs that fit your expectations. I understand venting in a platform anonymously and finding solace in seeing that you're not the only one affected by it might give you some temporary tranquility. However, you will still be ultimately dissatisfied unless you do something productive to bring about a change for yourself.

Note: Cribbing might seem like a negative word in this context and there might be some backlashes to this post, which I completely understand. But once people have calmed down, please do start looking into what's important at the moment. A positive change or continued venting of negative emotions.
