#Credit manager

Hi all, thanks for your attention,i am working in a bank i have experience in life insurance and retail branch banking (opretion),ans sales,but while working sales i found this is not my area,i not good in sales, i enjoyed all opretions work ,but I can't handle the pressure or sales,and that is why i am looking for a job which is relevant to the banking, iwant to switch in credit manager, i have 5y+ experience in banking and insurance , I need your support pls give my reference i know i can to better in that department.
