How does that work? Cred or GPay aren't giving the option.

I dont think you can pay 1 CC outstanding using another Credit card, that is not possible.

You can't use rupay cc for credit card bill payments in Cred. You can't even use a debit card for payments if your bill is less than 50k.

Majorly paying credit card bills using rupay cc upi is not allowed anywhere. You can use Mobikwik to pay credit card bills using other credit cards but they charge a fee of about 3%.

You can make payments to merchants using the Rupay CC (I do that regularly - have HDFC Rupay card), but not to other credit cards, this is not allowed under RBI hence none of the banks can even offer it as a service or facility
