CRED doesn't solve any problem

Yup! It's useless
It has made me pay all my bills on time, don't know what I'll do without it
It's okay, one less thing to worry about

i don't know man. But kunal shah seems a very smart person to me. He already have access to credit worthy consumers. He has got a perfect distribution line. I don't know, i have bias regrading him, as i admire him a lot. Seems realistic person to me. About cred, i asked people and they said its nice to have app not have to have..So fingers crossed 🤞

Not sure about his niceness. Don't know if you watched the video where they invited Nothing's CEO to CRED office for a chat, he asked Carl "How to identify mediocre talent?" in front of his employees, not sure what he wanted to achieve by this. Pretty sure he wouldn't like it if one the audience asked "How to identify mediocre founders?".

Nah man, CRED is 90% fluff. Should've started offering loans by now like Navi does but with personalized interest rates. That should've took off imo.

Offering loans to top 10% population that doesn't need it and destroy CX. Not a good idea imo

What CX? 😂 It's a trash app, their customer support is the same

Cred seems like an Indian mall meant for “premium” population which alienates mass Indians like me. In a mall one goes to enjoy the AC, window shop, look at the crowd but nobody shops there - similarly Cred had built all fluff about capturing premium credit worthy population but in the process has alienated masses which has made it difficult for them to build a business. Why would masses ever go to Cred when they know they are second class citizens there. All large businesses in India are built by targeting the middle class. Cred currently has confused positioning - credit card payment, loans, investments, e commerce, travel - not sure what they really stand for.

I am a target customer of CRED, and i have uninstalled the app 7+ times. Every time i install thinking - kuch to baat hogi isme Jo mujhe hi nahi dikhti.

Leking fir se disappoint hoke uninstall kar deta hu.

Last time ordered a product from their ecommerce screen. No order tracking nothing. One of my orders got cancelled without even informing me. Katai chutiya app hai.

Now I am never downloading it. Baar baar chutiya nahi ban sakta main.

So, CRED me na to product hai, na hi market ko milk kar paye. Aakhir CRED chalta kaise hai Bhai.
