You get cashback if there is any activated offer of cashback on the merchant. Otherwise you don't get. For cashback also you need to spend cred coins so usually it's 1 rupees for 1000 cred coins.
Forget Cred, even HDFC has stopped giving cashback on credit card payments. Had stopped using CRED ages ago. Now restarted after HDFC devaluation. Next I see this from StanC. Suppose others will also follow sonner or later.
Cred's now lowered massively. Hardly 10 cashback on spending 10k. Not really worth it. Hacking with super money app for now.
