Every bank has a feature called auto payment of card credit amount; credit amount gets auto debited from your bank account. Why do you need an app to do the same?

It's not necessary, just more convenient when you have multiple cards so that you can view a summary in a single app. You don't need to have a savings account in the same bank to use a credit card, so auto debit might not be an option there!
