Crazy Maniacs in Interviews

I recently went for hiring drive at Walmart Senior Software Engineer and got fucked up by a maniac architect. These people at higher level have only one thing in mind that is to screw life of persons whom they interviewing. The job market is damn tough and to get interview calls. Existing office job is so messed up with all this putting so much time in DSA JAVA LLD and HLD.

Java and LLD round again was a very scalable system with drilling on concurrency multi threading.

DSA completely Java medium to hard backtracing to code fully and medium based problem where approach was asked.

After getting through this and atleast with sense of relief somehow we will crack the offer. the entry of physco architect. On stop design of microservice with sync and async what was the requirement where async why sync when I draw simple rate limiter ALB starts including hundred of other requirement changing directions. Born only to question everywhere brining requirement where on spot struggled to tell but managed. Then comes with master stroke to design exactly and expects only the approach followed in his company I mean i never worked there.

Gave very tough time explaining so much details in job schedulers full clumsy went all around never made it comfortable never set expectation and boom reject him.

Rejection may be one simple thing but it is pain of sleepless nights of preparation where one could only have bookish plus little additional knowledge for these years of experience not like staff level. Who designs all these in 30 mins and tradeoff real time in production? And just reject.

Serious level shit on expectation and what is being asked nowdays in interviews frustration pro max level.
