Why still now they are not considering WFH ?
Govt needs WFO to sustain. Alot of establishments thrive only when WFO works. A couple of examples:
- Petroleum
- Real Estate (Commercial)
- Entertainment
- Taxi, Cab, Auto, Public n Private Transport
- Grocery ( Not Quick Commerce)
Etc. WFH disrupts alot of these industries and cause of that other third party industries. Example: If WFH is enabled an Auto person runs out on money, they defualt on loans causing liability to banks and govt needs to bail out losing money. They wont spend and thereby their money injection to economy reduces. Only way to sustain would be to increase tax and that we have to bare.
Net Net we all lose. Govt nor people nor businesses can afford another shutdown. So there wont be WFH unless something deadlier comes.
Across the globe the push is to treat Corona like another virus. Build resistance against it. Just like Common cold. Previously it was deadly now you and I get it multiple times. Everyone becomes heartless when it comes to capitalism including you and I my dear human.
Our organisation is no differwnt. If sick they would say no WFH but take sick leave. If we really sick we gotta take it else we gotta go to office.
