Coupang Offer | Concern about WLB

Recently got an offer from Coupang for SSE (Hyderabad location). Having searched online, everywhere it says work life balance is not good, too high work pressure and several other things.

Any comments from existing or previous employees on this. ANy feedback/opinion is appreciated
