Counter plan against lesser QVA
Dear folks As you all know about dirty plan made by TCS to reduce QVA so I am planning to counter that plan by being bald in tcs premises. For that we need to unite a large number of people and fix a date and being bald. If media or anybody ask the reason we will clearly say because of less QVA we cant afford saloon cost. I'm sure TCS will get in shame and they will rethink

If tcs has PR we have the right to express our opinion & literally no one can stop us. TCS could have followed hybrid models throughout as time is changing and since human beings are social animals so they definitely deserve me time and family time.
TCS should understand and make decisions taking in care for its associates well-being as a furstated employee can never contribute to the company's success.
Being Hiring associate I noticed external hiring is such a challenge now people are reflecting TCS like anything not interested. Before Adolf sir comment here.. sir I'm planning to resign ASAP.. I'm doing my preparation for my next job.
Good idea but plan something which is easy to follow for all. Ladies can't go bald and a lot of men are also reluctant to go bald. Can do something like wearing black on a specific day. That is easy to do.
First we have to do something where TCS management will be shame..wearing black wont bother them. I am not asking ladies to go bald.Also we shouldn't do anything or wear anything that violates TCS policy.. If you have something in mind you can tell
