Counter offer by TCS

Have received a offer from a service based company of 120% hike. So I put down the papers in tcs. Now the manager says tcs will match the offer. Should I stay in tcs or move out.

Tcs won't match. These are gimmicks. Move on. Calculate for yourself when will you reach that amount if no hike is given as promised.

Do consider that after joining other company there may be 0 hikes for a couple of years. On the other hand hike in tcs will mostly be on variable, which you may or may not get
