I am also BPO3 grade.every thing is same as IT grade.

It's totally depends upon your last salary but 8 LPA is descent for 5 YOE candidate

But his current CTC is 5.5fix+1 variable
As per this current salary don't you think it's less and now location is gurgaon and TCS is giving Pune
