Should be around 1.22 lakhs, remove retirement benefits from base salary, variable pay is considered performance bonus in SAP, and EPF contribution should be deducted twice from salary, once is for the employer, second is for employee. Total inhand before taxes salary is around 17.7 lakhs. After taxes around 14.5 or something

The variable pay you will get in the month of March. Your monthly in-hand salary will be based upon fixed pay i.e. 20.7 lac. You can use the ambition box salary calculator to get the tentative value. Anyways congrats on the offer.
