Trending @Accenture; Could I pls request for a Market correction, and how?
YOE - 7 Level - 9 Promoted in June 24 from Level 10 to Level 9 with 35% December 24 - 8% hike June 25 - Not aware (will update). Base Pay - 12 LPA
It’s very low for my YOE and Level. I've P4+ primary skill, around 10 P4s, 5 p3s, around 50 TL to sm, off on shore feedbacks last year, won many contests too. Yet I feel absolutely nothing has been properly taken care for me ever.
Can I request for a Market correction? If yes, how?
Why don’t you just tell all this to your lead and SM? If they are not doing anything, I don’t think anyone on GrapeVine can help.
Just wish to ask, I'll do tell, but what next, when can I expect them to get back to me on it? Can I escalate then further to onshore sm and all, if I don't like that (offshore sm we don't have much so).

Please stop expecting anything from Accenture. Work on yourself, start applying outside and switch.
