Have met few founders in the last few months they have reduced tech teams to 20-30% of original teams and the rest team is mandated to use AI tools to improve efficiency of tech and speed of execution. The cost of their operations have improved. AI first and assistive approach people are following instead of old tech development ways.
Happy to hear more such cases and how they are operating. As this is going to be a new way of operating in the near future for companies.
