Do you think they are cost cutting in a Verizon account and reducing head count?
I am not sure about this but the manager is asking for the Merge request count every month and they informed Don't disclose this to the client.
I am seeing these symptoms and upper management constantly saying that there is a budget issue from the last 4 months.
They are reducing the head count that is for sure. Not just your account but across the organisation. Putting people on PIP and asking them to resign. This is a trend I am seeing. Not sure why they are doing it in a secret 🤫 sort of manner.
It's true. Infy is high on cost cutting. I also heard from dm, spm level
This is not one fault. Client don't want to spend generously like what it used to be 4-5 years ago
And point to be noted that our board of directors don't want any cut in there profit margins
They are i think putting people in pip, who had bad ratings. Not heard of anyone even met expectations getting pip? Any one with a good rating who was placed in pip or asked to resign ?
Yes they are doing cost cutting.
Not only Verizon other project as well
They are having a org wide project for optimising the effort thru automation.. this means people will be released from project.. if those people who don't get next project and have long bench.. then u know what will happen
