Corrupt society - failed society

Just think about it: a hardworking private-sector employee earns his money through honest effort, discipline, and years of developing skills. Yet his own savings are not returned to him or are stuck somewhere in limbo, and he has no idea how to get them back. His requests keep getting rejected multiple times by the government babus of EPFO. Just imagine his situation—he has to beg for his own money day after day, month after month, year after year, and even then he still doesn’t get it. Think about how that employee must feel.

In any first-world country, people would never tolerate this. Systems are held accountable, and institutions are afraid of mistreating citizens. But in India, nothing like that happens. Here, the institutions, the government, and the society itself are designed to keep you down and to show you your place.

On top of everything, that employee pays heavy taxes. He pays more than 30% on his income. He pays tax on his fixed deposits. He pays tax on capital gains. He pays tax on his car. He pays tax on basic essentials. He pays GST on almost everything. And after paying so much tax, even his provident fund money is not given to him when he needs it. Or his transfer request is rejected by some babu who sits comfortably in an EPFO office, enjoying complete job security and receiving a salary paid through our taxes. How is that private employee supposed to feel?

I have not received anything from this Indian society. As a general-category man, I have not been given any support or benefit from this system. All I have received is polluted air, bad roads, corruption, and a broken system. Everything in India feels adulterated. Even basic food like paneer is adulterated. No organization works properly in this country. Every institution and every process feels like it exists only to exploit you. This is a dead society. Every day is a struggle in India—every single day.

It is not just that babus are corrupt, or government employees are corrupt, or politicians are corrupt. That is not the full picture. The society itself is corrupt. These babus and politicians come from the society. They are not a separate species. I have interacted with people from different parts of this society, and I know how they think. If given the chance, many of them would behave exactly the same way. This society remains backward because there is no trust. And when a society has no trust, it cannot function. Everyone here is simply trying to grab as much as possible and loot as much as possible.

India chhodna hi best option hai....chya log hai yaha ke....I hate majority indians....they are unhealthy, shrewd, ugly, arrogant and have worst civics sense....had I not been brainwashed with false sense of patriotism, I would have already left this shithole of a place. The systems here make sure you don't have peace and become a source of exploitation by the corrupt system.
High paid Indians are a miniscule set...hence most Indians are unable to empathise with them...but they are a major source of minting money by the gawar netas and babus. 70% indians don't contribute anything to the economy...they don't give a f
beyond caste and religion

I was wondering today how we negotiate for a lakh or so while job hopping, living a honest life and here these babus feed on lakhs and crores of black money. Weird place to live in.
