Correcting Credit Activity - Bureau

How can I correct my financial and KYC details?

I see on CRED there's an active loan for which repayments are done on a monthly basis but it's mine at all.

Also, the KYC (address) on some credit cards don't match what's given to Bureau (shows permanent address).

How can I rectify these two issues?
