Corporate Sacchaiyan EP 1

The biggest conundrum is that everyone claims to not indulge in politics but are sure that there exists politics in companies. Just goes on to show that you have to be extra careful with your colleagues, they aren’t your friends. You’ll be thrown under the bus at a minor inconvenience. Integrity and ethics are rare, mind you, extremely rare. Most managers are class monitors, not leaders. Leaders are rare. A high-performing, transactional team that keeps personal things personal is GREAT for you. We work, get stuff done, and then your life is yours — but we’ll show up when needed. Culture can’t be forced, it cannot be shoved onto a team. “My destiny is more powerful than my will.” — Napoleon, or whoever I don’t know. But you get it, I hope. Keep continuously learning, that’s the only way onwards and upwards!
