Is it just me or other people also feel their credibility getting underutilized in corporate IT life. I'm not having any work, thinking about the future, using more phone only playing games n watching reels. No new ideas coming to mind. I know this is bad for my career but now I don't know how to break it. I'm becoming more boring day by day. Btw I'm working in support roles . IO
You need to take charge to change the direction of your career and yes at the start the resistance of change will be the highest and you will lose hope but trust me this is the only time you need to sail with consistency and upskilling each day and switch to a industry hot skillsets and get a good increment.
Or if you want to continue in support field as well it's fine but you need to be creative innovative and do some automation to show your worth in the interviews for support roles for switching.
