Corporate Legal scene in Bangalore

My friend currently works in the aforementioned field making 3LPA as a fresher.

She has internship experiences beforehand in companies such as ITC, Unacademy to name a few.

Just curious how the scene for this field is in the long run, and is the salary justified.
