Coping up with interviews

How do you all people cope up with giving interviews as well as with job? Here I sit broken inside. Not that I dont get jobs. It is because at my SDE2 level other jobs come up with high demand. Five rounds that too one small mistake and you are back to square one. What bothers me is not that I get rejected at some final or 2nd or 3rd rounds sometimes first but it is to manage current work parallely which equals pays be 40lpa. The interviews are so messed up that they conduct either around 12 to 5 pm which is very hectic schedule to manage during working hours of my job. I am utmost managing with some limited work from home or casual leave occasionally. However, the sad part is this cycle can't go on forever. I am going nuts with how stubborn the interviewers are with the timings and how stubborn the work schedule is. Also managing my time with ML engineering which I plan to switch later from SDE in next 6 months. Juggling too much things is such horrible.
