Cooling Period for Intv.

Can someone tell me if there is any cooling period to give an interview again to a company?

I know that for few company the cooling period to give an interview is 6 months, can I apply again by creating an account with a different email id (but PAN is already added in the 1st account) ?

2-6 months for most companies.

Can I again sit for an interview with creating a new account with a new email Id and phone no?
Also in the previous account I need to change the PAN no over the company's portal.
