Trending @Accenture; Cooling period for Contractor

One of my friends was working as a contractor for Accenture & his contract expired on 31st March,2025.. now if he has to apply for Accenture or if I have to refer him, what exactly is the cooling period time for contractors ? Could someone please provide some information here.
