Withdrawal of resignation requires approval of HR or just the employee can withdraw it?

There is no such thing as cooling period if you withdraw your resignation.. Until and unless you have given or HR asked anything while withdrawing the resignation... You can resign next day after the withdrawal as per choice

No such documents are available as per my knowledge.. You need to understand that transparency is an issue here.. In that grey space who takes courageous decision wins..
