Convert Wings2 Incentive into CTC

Hi Everyone,

I have clear 3 Power plays out if 4 for Wings 2 What is the process to convert the incentive hike into current CTC as whole ?

What did you choose in Wings2? Can you share how much % you got in each pp?

Wings2 % hike on each milestone are as below PP1 - 40% PP2 - 15% PP3 - 15% PP4 - 30%
