Trending @Wipro; Conversion policy from third party to permanent payroll
Guys,I need help on this situation. I joined from a third party consultant and they promised that i will be converted to wipro payroll in 6 months.Now it has been 8 months and i am continuously on follow up with Wipro HR but not getting any suitable response.I have talked to my manager he also doesn't know the process.Please tell me what to do Or anyone got converted from third party to permanent please revert back
I was in the same situation, they told me after 5 months i will be on the payroll with increased salary,, they tool 1 year to do with no increase, you have to mail the wipro hr and your ask yor client manager to put pressure on wipro hr
Hi, bro you’ll have to wait because it’ll take time for you to be on roll because in my project there are people who have waited for two years to get oo roll
