Controversial question: all of the great things that we see are created by people older than millennials (or born before 1985)

Am i less aware or is it true that the today’s generation if not all maybe most might not be as good as people born before 1985 in general. EG. google, facebook,OpenAI etc. can today’s generation match the excellence of older generation in terms of innovation
