One friend used to work for hyd based recruitment agency, their major clients were usa hospital/ health chains they normally offered upto 60$ per hour for 3-5 yoe software dev so reducing the cut of agency after negotiation the worker could endup getting anywhere from 35-55$ per hour and these guys need to work in usa timezones while living in India or south east asia.

Make more sense, 30-34 is standard!

It also kinda depends on the urgency and luck as most workers suck at negotiations, if there's deadline to fill the recruitment agency cut is reduced but because the pay of "hr" is linked as bonus percentage of cut he's able to save for agency, they're likely to lowball pro max.

Within a year of working at this recruitment agency my friend took his base salary of 25k per month to ~100k per month with bonuses and get upgraded to lead a team of 5 agents also.
