Trending @Accenture; Contractor - A CURSE

If you are joining or joined Accenture as a contractor I would suggest to quit

  1. Once you become Full timer your contractor experience won't be counted

  2. You won't be able to apply for IJP they will only count the experience since you became Full time the contractor experience or duration does not matter

  3. You won't get access to most of the benefits like benefits you recognise me points etc

  4. The people who joined with you as full time will become L11 before you and you will become L11 after they complete one whole year as L11

  5. You won't have access to learning resources apart from percipio and certificates

  6. Sometimes it can take very long to become a Full timer here and what seems more harsh is someone as a full timer doing the same job as you will be earning 1.5X more than you

Contractor life is tough, but politics is tougher. Stick with it, things change.
