Whats the difference between contract, permanant and 3rd party payroll?

3rd party payroll and contract is somehow same,

any mid or small company will setup your interviews with accenture, and then if you passed that interview, then that company will hire you, and then you will work for accenture as a temporary/ contract basis.

for that you will get your salary from that 3rd party company, you will have need to ask leaves or any permission or resignation to that company.

for you, accenture will be a client only.

or if you work for accenture directly, and then you will get salary from accenture only, and then you will be a permannt to them.

So in short, Accenture takes its cut from Original Client first, the third-party company takes another cut from Accenture and what’s left eventually comes to the employee.
