
Contract based roles in IT
I have been approached by a company for a contract based job role for a period of 6 months (extendable). They are saying that you can do it parallely with your current full time job. Is it legal or are there any chances of fraud if i take this role? Also will it be considered as moonlightining because there will be no pf account creation and i will receive payments in a separate account than my current bank account?

I am thinking of using my parents account. By this way i can avoid mention of TDS in my form 26AS. Will it be right?

Hey why not use your parents/wife if you are married account instead of your own second account? Or take payment in crypto?
What if some future company asks for 26AS (idk if things will be well enough for you to deny such absurd requests from a future dumbfk HR)?
