Continuous band C for 2yrs, what worse can happen now?

Continuous C bands will postpone any promotions for at least 2-3 years. Salary hike will be the minimum i e; For some C band person hike is 2% but for a person with back to back Cs, hike will be 0.5% to 1 % of CTC.

Got 2% for B band last year

For 3rd C band I got 4.5% hike last year. Anything is possible in tcs.

Never stop fighting. I got 3 consecutive C, then bounced back this year with B.
