Continuous A bands for last 2 years

U will be eligible for promotion next year ...that's what I heard.

Your variable allowance will be better than those getting B and C. And your eligibility for onsite/promotion will be better. That said, promotion generally depends on how much your manager likes you. But considering that you are getting back to back A means your manager already likes you lol

I am manager of 70 members of team. Promotion you may be eligible but that is upto manager if he will give you. I have lot of associate who are eligible for promotion but I couldn't give due to less number of promotion count

Nothing can be expected from last 2 year A band.
