Hello All,
I am planning to attempt video assessment round of Associate Consultant bridge program as I am exempted from the first round. My question is if I clear the video assessment, will I be attending the training sessions or will I be just continuing in the same project if my first preference is my current unit.
Did anyone complete the bridge program and continued in the same project?
After clearing video assessment, officially You will become a bridge member and you will be released from your current project post clearing the Generic Exam. Next you have to Clear stream training which will be offline for a month, followed by role change and compensation benefits. This all takes 8 months of time, Good luck.
Yes you can . if your manager wish to retain you.even after role change.

You will be releasee if u get selected and new unit will train you and then u have to work on that tech
