Trending @Accenture; Continue with current technology or go for new role
Joined Accenture in Aug 2023, I have always wanted to work on development or testing field or whichever have coding but was forced to work in support, I thought I will get to know new things here but the tools are outdated, Trying to change project after getting promotion to CL11 but lead is creating problems, Shall I still look for internal switch or change company, I am ready to start as fresher again if I get to work on something regarding python, data and AI as I have intermediate knowledge but no hands-on experience.
My lead asked me to look for new project first by end of March, if they agree to take me then they will immediately release me from current project, they are saying I can not go on bench according to some new policy, new policy is that level 11 and 12 can not be on bench
Same is my case but I am level 12 and it is my first project
If you are getting internal Project then it s good.or u have to switch
I am was same situation... I on bench now. From 3rd March.. Waiting for next assignment
