Hey folks. Wanted to understand what could be a fair salary for an experienced content manager at a Series A fintech.
Currently earning 6.5lpa (working remotely), and feel I am underpaid. Help me out with what you have seen folks in this role get paid.
YoE?
My trajectory has been Y1 & Y2 - 4.8 LPA - onsite Y3 - 5.5 LPA - onsite Y4 - 7.2 LPA - remote Y5 - 10 LPA - onsite Y6 - 18 LPA - remote
Was a content writer until Y3, content manager for Y5&6 and now marketing lead.
It's underpaid for 3+ yrs of experience
In my case, I have 4 YoE, but only 2+ in a content role. What would you say is a fair salary?
Yes. Its in the ball park. I was getting 7 after 1.5 yrs of experience.
But yours is definitely better than others. Other people in content have literally reached 7 in 4-5 years
Depends on your overall content experience and skill level. For up to 2-3 years experience, your comp could be at par.
