I would suggest you take the opportunity. Work culture is usually better in US vs India . As @SneakyTurtle rightfully mentioned you can easily switch to another Consulting firm after a year or two

Btw there are visa restrictions on any potential job switches - read about these and then take a call. You wouldn’t be able to move to a different firm if you’re going on an L1.
