Trending @Accenture; Consultant role is equivalent to Team lead position. But nowhere in the project or within the inte team people report to them. Why is it so?

Yeah it seems so. And then suddenly L7 is expected to work from being an individual contributor to a team worker. Is there any leadership roadmap designed for consultants to upskill themself as team manager?

Consultant roles are largely limited to the S&C org within Accenture with some exceptions in ATCI.Since the hierarchy is lean in this org( 11->9->7), I guess the reporting only starts at Level 7
