Hi. I am a technology lead in infosys with around 8 yoe. I have applied for Consultant role via bridge. Kindly help me for below queries -
- What is the expected salary hike range.
- What is the training duration and content of training.
- If we fail in training, do they give more chance or bridge is cancelled. Kindly answer in details, It will help me take better decision for my career
Isn't technology lead already equivalent to Sr. Consultant role? I mean both are 5A, isn't it?
The designations at Infosys across various units, practices, streams are so damn confusing 😕
There is a difference in the kind of work they do, not practically, but on paper. While technology lead is specialized in a technical domain, a consultant is more versatile in technology, business process and infrastructure. But it's also true that some technology leads do these work also and vice versa is also true.
What kind of consultant role have you applied for. Is it technical or domain? Don’t think there will be too much of hike just an additional specialist allowance which w might make 3-4% difference
