“Consultant at Deloitte → Analyst at Accenture: Worth It?”

I’m currently working at Deloitte USI as a Consultant and have received a job opportunity from Accenture for the role of Analyst. From my understanding of Accenture’s hierarchy, the Consultant position ranks above Analyst. Would it make sense to accept an Analyst role at Accenture despite already holding a Consultant title at Deloitte USI? Seeking suggestions and insights from the community.
