Consultancy for IT Sectors

I want Consultancy for freshers and Experienced guys in IT sectors, where I should get 100% placements in Consultancy.

Is there like any Consultancy?

As my friend didn't get any job upto now, he's trying but it's hard, that's why I'm trying for a Consultancy.
