Consultancy firms have worst HR
I cleared all Technical & Managerial interviews for some consultancy firms , like EY, Delloite, Grant Thornton
They even said they will share the mail to send the documents, for compensation discussion.
Now they have just ghosted, atleast give me a firm no, or if they are waiting for people with less pay demand to finish the interviews. Shit level maturity, no professionalism and hence even good HRs are not respected.

That is true, but they agreed upon it before only

Bhai vo final HR round tak kuch bhi bolo toh agree ho jaate hai.
Final HR round (where compensation is discussed) me vo seedha excuses dene lagte hai...
Happened so many times with me specially with Accenture:
Agreed for 28 fixed 5 times over seperate stages of interviews and during the HR round the HR clearly said we can't give anything above 25.
When I confronted her - why I was told you guys are okay with my demand i.e 28 fixed. If you were not okay, I would not have wasted my time giving two interviews for just 25 fixed. (I was already having 23 fixed)
The HR just replied - 25 is our budget. Take it or leave it. And the HR who called you first and agreed for 28 LPA is junior HR, you should not take her words seriously. I am the lead HR.
😑

If consulting company HRs feel like the worst, then wait till you interact with HRs from industry. Especially within the company they have no say. Managers hold power over them. Whatever you tell HR will reach your manager. Nothing is confidential. Not even a complaint. They pretend like they don't know anything if you ask them any query.

Which industry?

Anyone knows how's AON ?

I agree with you. Just experienced the same today.
