Constant Salary
Hi all, I started working in TCS from 2021. It's 4 years for me in TCS.I am getting a hike every year. But I feel like the salary I am getting is the same all these years. It's not even crossing 30k. Before it used to be but now.... In-hand salary is very less. I don't know where they are cutting the salary.even if I have the documents of deduction it's still a mystery. I feel ashamed that I am not able to switch due to lack of skills. I am still trying. But I will make sure that I will switch companies in the next 6 months.

Don’t panic, Dude. 💪 Just zone in and fully commit yourself for the next 6 months. Focus on upskilling in the right areas, sharpen your interview game, and keep applying consistently.

A friend of mine was in your same situation he studied inside out of AWS in the last 7 months before he left TCS and got a job in Ola

Try to switch fast. I know people who are getting less than 30k per month with 6+yoe. I too was in that till April
