Constant rejection, ghosting by HR after qualifying technical rounds
Hi Grpeviners, I've given so many interviews. Qualified technical rounds for many but have been ghosted several times. Like the HR stops receiving my calls or they say at the end that sorry we want someone to join within 45 days. Sometimes they say, sorry we got some candidate from our organization and list is never ending. I feel very disheartened due to this ongoing scenario. Why is this happening to me, what should I improve in myself? Am I out of budget, notice period? Please help!

If you are applying through LinkedIn you will see that for every job most of the time there are 100+ applications. But at least whoever is shortlisted and goes through interviews deserves to know why they're rejected. Honestly in my case I never heard back anything from HR. It for sure is demotivating specially when you are really trying your best to get a job and not doing it casually as some people just do it know their market value. These people then rejects the offer later.

Yes, I feel like I should stop giving interviews now. Also for each of the interviews I'm taking about have been scheduled by the HR reaching out to me themselves via naukri.com.
