Consistent getting A

I have got 3 years constant A, and HR is helding my promotion due to wfo index, please advice what should i do. I want to quit or either get a good hike.

Forget Promotion in tcs, people are waiting for more than 5-6 years with huge backlogs, 3-4 A doesn't even matter now

But that is not fair, its not my job if backlogs are kf 5-6 years what is the solution, how i can be heard?

Honestly it doesnt matter. In the same place as you dude. The WFO Index they are just using as an excuse.

I have no blockers yet they keep telling it will happen soon for 1 year. Every time its it will start end of this month or next and its already 2026.

So just jump. And Retention is also BS.

Firstly, promotion is not being processed for this quarter. Secondly, you will have to maintain your WFO index to get promotion how many A bands you get you will not get promoted. Work out a plan with your project and get a WFO exception so you can get promoted.
