Considering joining Razorpay

I got an offer to join the DS team recently at Razorpay, but I am on the fence as I saw posts that said that the work culture is a little toxic and there’s a lot of internal politics. Also, during the interview process I got a feeling that the company leadership lacks clarity when it comes to their AI vision. Anyone here got insights to share? Appreciate your time for reading
