Trending @Capgemini; consequences from Capgemini

i have resigned, and my client has issued a release due to performance concerns. The client has sent an email to Capgemini management requesting my immediate release from the project. However, Capgemini management has not yet processed my release, and I have been removed from the client's Scrum calls. My account remains active. I reached out to Capgemini delivery manager to inquire about the status of my offboarding but received no response. This situation has persisted for a week. I am no longer attending client or Capgemini calls, and no one has contacted me regarding my status. I am concerned about whether I am still assigned to the project and if this could lead to any issues?

Don’t worry — situations like this can happen. Just focus on updating your skills and preparing for upcoming interviews.

You can also discuss this with your people manager to get more clarity.

As long as the client project code remains active in Replicon for your account, you can continue using it for your timesheets.

Meanwhile, keep checking with your Capgemini delivery manager at least twice a week via email regarding your off-boarding status.

It typically takes around 10 to 15 days for the release to be fully processed.

All the best for your interviews!
